We are an Anti-bullying charity. Our aim is to help those who are targets of bullying through support, prevention and cooperation with university neuroscience research departments. We strive to allow new generations to live the life they deserve.<\/p>

The charity We Are Stronger was founded on the 29th of May 2017 by Olga Venosa. It is a Charitable incorporated organisation (CIO), registered charity in the UK (no.1181286) since 2018 and in Italy since 2019. The charity aims to help targets of bullying through support and prevention and also cooperates with universities neuroscience research departments.<\/p>

We have a team of professionals engaging in various activities directed to develop new methodologies to break through current knowledge and experience. Our studies and findings provide reasonable ground to believe this phenomenon can be reduced.<\/p>

Why is We Are Stronger different?<\/h5>

We Are Stronger maximises the number of volunteers over paid staff, our operating model was created by our founder Olga Venosa in order to\u00a0address more money to the actual cause, supporting more individuals. The charity has over \u00a31,000,000 workforce off balance sheet; analysing our financial statements is not enough to understand the charity’s size and magnitude.<\/p>

Olga is a finance professional who, from an early age, has been actively involved in volunteering through\u00a0numerous\u00a0initiatives supporting vulnerable groups, including young disruptive children and abandoned elderly people across multiple countries. Her experience includes serving as a school and college governor, mentoring young students, and\u00a0assisting\u00a0in homeless shelters. Among her passions are psychology and neuroscience. Moved by the increasing rates of bullying and violence, as well as the rise in adolescent suicides, Olga decided to found\u00a0<\/span>We Are Stronger Charity<\/span><\/b>\u00a0to address and tackle these critical issues. Having personally experienced and overcome significant challenges in childhood as a survivor of child abuse, bullying, and eating disorder, Olga deeply understands the impact and importance of her work. Her knowledge and awareness of the psychological effects of adverse experiences and trauma drive her commitment to helping others reshape their thoughts and behaviours toward healthier mental balance and emotional wellbeing.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

On the 18th of November 2021, Olga was selected as the winner of the\u00a0<\/span>\u201cTalented Young Italians Award\u201d<\/span><\/b>\u00a0in the charity category. The award was presented by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK, with the patronage and cooperation of the Italian Embassy in London and the Association of Talented Italians in the UK. This recognition honoured her outstanding contribution to business development between Italy and the United Kingdom, as well as her extensive charitable work, including the publication of her book\u00a0<\/span>Kindness Is All Around<\/span><\/i>\u00a0in June 2021. The book has also been distributed in schools through the charity project\u00a0<\/span>Smiling Choc<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0Following this recognition, Olga received the\u00a0<\/span>\u201cApulian Award\u201d<\/span><\/b>\u00a0in 2022. She was then inspired to write her second book,\u00a0<\/span>Riding Kindness<\/span><\/i>, aimed at raising awareness of bullying, violence, and disability. The book has already received an exceptional rating of 9.8 out of 10 from school staff, parents, and students\u00a0and integrated in the project\u00a0of the same name.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Ilaria is a Youth Worker and creative practitioner with a background in documentary photography and education support. Alongside her work with children and young people with disabilities, she is passionate about creating safe, empowering, and inclusive environments where young people can develop confidence, creativity, and independence.<\/div>

With experience supporting children through education and
community-based projects, Ilaria brings compassion, creativity, and a strong understanding of emotional well-being to her role.<\/div>
Her work is centred around building positive relationships and helping young people express themselves through creative activities, particularly photography and visual storytelling.<\/div>

As a Board Member of We Are Stronger Charity, Ilaria contributes to the charity\u2019s long-term vision through research, community engagement, and project development. She is committed to supporting innovative initiatives focused on inclusion, sustainability, human security, and youth empowerment.<\/div>

Federico is a London-based photographer with ten years of experience capturing people, stories, and meaningful moments. His work for various charities and community projects has strengthened his passion for using creativity as a force for good.
He joined We Are Stronger Charity to support visual storytelling, fundraising initiatives, and creative project development. Federico brings his experience working with diverse groups\u2014from schools to community programmes\u2014to help amplify the charity\u2019s mission against bullying.
