CULINARY JOURNEY EXPLORING WELLBEING WITH CORRADO & ELISABETTA

Join us on Zoom for an amazing cooking lesson with our chef Corrado Pani and nutrition advice with Elisabetta Astolfi.

Biographies:

Corrado Pani is an international awarding winning chef. He was the winner of Times Out Awards 2015 & 2016 with Solo, Dubai, Best Italian Restaurant Time Out Award for Westin/Meridien Mina Seyahi Hotel, Dubai and Winner of What's on Award "Best Italian Restaurant" Rotana Hotel & Towers, Abu Dhabi and many more.

Elisabetta Astolfi is a Cordon Bleu chef, Pharmacologist, also writer of a series of children's educational books on nutrition called "Cook with Me" based on her scientific knowledge and experience.

Programme:

6.30pm to 6.35pm: Introduction

6.35pm to 6.45pm: Elisabetta Astolfi will talk about the importance of nutrition for wellbeing and the benefits of the ingredients used in the recipe

6.45pm to 7.20pm: Cooking lesson with Corrado Pani

7.20pm to 7.30pm: Q&A

Registration:

The minimum ticket price is £15, but any extra donation will be gladly accepted.

About the cause:

All the proceeds will go to We Are Stronger Charity, they will be used to provide anti-bullying programmes in primary and secondary schools and psychological support to bullying victims of all ages, across the country.

Once you sign up we will email you the recipe with the list of the ingredients to buy. We will have options for allergies & intolerances, as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
